OLTRARK Studio is an architectural practice mainly involved in redevelopment and recovery of real estate assets through architectural restoration,

starting from landscape interventions up to furnishing accessories.

Core of the Studio's work is the protection and enhancement of the properties historical-artistic elements through innovative architectural solutions focusing on

details and material selection in harmony with local traditions.

The careful emotional reading of the place is the premise for reinterpret spaces with elegance, highlighting their pre-existing singularities in order to
